Our mission is to encourage the use and understanding of collage as a fine art form and to provide education about collage as a fine art form.

Our organization is affiliated with the National Collage SocietySusan Stanton is the National Collage Society Regional Representative for the Rocky Mountain Region.  For more information contact her at: 970-243-9886 or SPGarden@aol.com.

The Rocky Mountain Collage Society was formed in 2007 by a dedicated group of students of collage.  Although most of our members currently are in Mesa County, we hope to draw members from the front range as well as other western states.

In 2009, RMCS was instrumental in bringing the National Collage Society's Annual Postcard Show to Grand Junction at The Art Center. We also co-hosted two very well received workshops by the world renown collage artist, Jonathan Talbot, at Mesa State College, this past spring.
